Guest guest
THIRUKURAL of THIRUVALLUVAR is the most popular, most widely esteemed Tamil Classic of all times. It is a tamil book on philosophy and life in general, written by Thiruvalluvar, a sage and philosopher, about 2000 years ago. Its appeal is universal. It is the only tamil literary work (possibly after the Bible) that has been translated many times in almost all languages of the world. The entire work of 1330 couplets is available on internet at the following sites: in mylai tamil font format: http://dcwww.epfl.ch/icp/ICP-2/KK/tamil4.html http://www.iupui.edu/~rravindr/arappal.html in transliterated/romanized text format: http://dcwww.epfl.ch/icp/ICP-2/KK/tamil4.html in the form of graphic image files/browser: http://www.cs.utk.edu/~siddhart/thirukkural english translation of the Himalayan academy http://uts.cc.utexas.edu/~janahan/kural.html
