Dear Friends:

 

I just want to add my voice to thank Harsha, Berit, Gloria and David,

and the contributors, for the hard work that went into the magazine,

this one and the first two volumes. Since I have joined the Sangha,

I have gone to the mags several times, to read a story, to read

something Harsha wrote, or to retrieve peace poetry :-), the kind

that keeps me out of trouble and off the moderation list. I want to

also mention that our Shawnji has some paintings there, Tonyji has an

article and Bigbobji has an article and a plate full of chili, veggie

style :-)

 

Your story on May is very compelling, Greg, and the gift is as much

yours as it is hers. And, until recently, I had no idea of the

meaning behind Harsha's poem, "Splendid Lady." I must admit that

when Mazie brought it to our attention recently and I went there to

read the story and the poem, I had tears in my eyes and goosebumps of

the flesh. So, it is as much a gift of the Heart as it is a magazine

of articles and words. This is more so because if you are on these

lists, you come to know and love the people involved.
