Yes, Sam, and a lovely sky it is, yours and mine :-) Thine is mine and mine is thine.

I think it was Goethe who said that wherever we go the sky is the same..

didn't I hear that quote somewhere recently?

Oh yeh, somewhere in the sky rising above the roar over at the OK corral :-)

Wahoooooooooooooo!!!! I mean, ooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

So tell me, Samji, what does the sky over Luxemborg have to say to the sky above Langhorne?

With love and affection and smily faces

and sugar coated sentiments

to your holy exalted eminence,

Joyce

ps you can send me a photo of the sky any time, night or day

ppss I think I figured out my problem re the insertion of the photos into the email.

Thanks for letting me know when you don't see them.

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three deep bows towards Langhome... Joyce-ji..

One....

Two...

Three...

The sky,, When I was a kid my friends would practically have to guide

me by the hand evenings out walking because I was so taken by the

stars.

Read lots and lots of astronomy books and tried to build a telescope

but didn't get too far with that. Started university as an astronomy

major but was seduced into switching to math.

One evening lying on a hill and looking up into that infinite ocean of

stars I had the sensation of falling up into them. Bottomless void,

but it was too scary and I stopped myself.

Sometimes in the evening the sky over Amersfoort is full of swallows.

They are too fast to photograph. I try to tell them to stop still but

they don't listen to me.

Now it is morning and coffee time..

Namaste,

Sam
