However it is only related to advaita in the same way Sankara said Bhaja Govindam. That is, it is a manifestation of the Krishna mind, Goddess, Saguna Sakti etc. In other words our own Higher Self Mind, and it is useful for Bhakti and dvaita as a form of concentration. It is related to the spiritual level of the audience. I use bhajans and other forms of concentration, which affect my lower self mind and help my higher to meditate.
