Guest guest
Dearest Jeannie: That was beautiful, Jeannie! How very important it is to view the world "from the heart", isn't it? It brought to mind these lovely words on Mindfullness by Thick Nhat Hanh: Breathing in, I calm the body, Breathing out, I smile. Breathing in, I dwell in the present moment. Breathing out, it is a wonderful moment. It is such a joy to dwell in the present moment and view the world through the eyes of love. It reminds us that we are all a part and parcel of all that is. In Sanskrit: "Tat Tvam Asi". Thank you, once again, jeannie, for your beautiful thoughts. Peace and Love Always, Sarojini - Jeannie Sunday, September 28, 2003 5:16 PM the beauty of the day Within the beauty of the day I walk down the street, passing people, nature, building's as if they are newly come from deep within my heart. Today it wasn't me walking down the street Something else that opened a door from my heart and walked in my steps. There is a deep difference from that outlook. For a time not one thought came to mind, simply an expanse of consciousness that not only was inside but outside.........Not one thought of judgment, nothing of good/bad. It was as though the world was brighter than it usually is, more alive as I saw not people and things but The Infinite exploring Itself in that moment of beauty. I was more aware of what I saw than of the little psyche that creates the judgments and believe they are real. Today I was more my Heart Self than the me that always wants to be noticed. Today I walked in shoes that expanded past the narrow thinking of mortal man and saw from the heart that loves all. love/hugs Jeannie /join "Love itself is the actual form of God."Sri RamanaIn "Letters from Sri Ramanasramam" by Suri Nagamma Your use of is subject to the
