Guest guest
Dear Holly and Tony and All: I do not read John's post as taking issue with what Tony said as much as how he said it. Actually, I had a similar reaction when I read his comment about dirty floors!!! And I have seen that comment from him before, LOL . "What people call K is actually prana cleaning their dirty sheaths. One doesn't crow about how much energy it takes to clean one's floor does one?" Without getting into details, my floors must have been filthy... And Tonyji, I am NOT crowing about it It Is What Is Is. To each of us, it Is our own unique experience, beautiful variations that we are on the One Theme, wonderful illusions that we are, dancing our way down our paths...to One Holy Destination. Actually the cleaner the sheaths or kosas the less the activity. K can rise imperceptibly for it is just the rise of consciousness." It is said that the mind is a beautiful thing to waste. "... I will say it again Kundalini is in delusion and illusion ultimately for it is everything or mind." For yet another view on the subject of Kundalini of that beautiful thing called the mind that I sure am glad was not wasted on me :-), I had posted here a while back about an undertaking by Professor V. Krishnamurthy, below, on the advaitin list...just yesterday and in the past few posts, Paramacharya is addressing Kundalini Shakti. Professor Krishnamurthy also has all sections posted to date at his website. Blessed Be. http://www.geocities.com/profvk/ ======================== Saturday, August 09, 2003 9:36 PM, A Digest of Paramacharya's Discourses on Soundaryalahari This introduction to A Digest of Paramacharya's Discourses on Saundaryalahari was written and posted by Professor V. Krishnamurthy on advaitin. The wisdom in the words of Paramacharya is so beautiful, unpretentious, and inspiring that I requested permission from Sri Krishnamurthy to forward this to this group. While there is an ongoing discourse on Paramacharya on the advaitin group, it is much more extensive than I could post here. Other than the learned explanations of Sri Krishnamurthy, I will limit what I post to the actual words, as translated, of the sage known lovingly as Paramacharya. ..
