Does anyone here practice the meditations described by Tenzin Wangyal

Rinpoche in his book "The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep"? I am new

to lucid dreaming and have some questions about the practice.

Love,

Dear Dawn:

Welcome to the sangha. I am not familiar with the book...I am just

posting to welcome you:-) This group is quite, um, diverse...

All I know about dreaming is that it is free...

Dream dream: even for a little whileDream dream: filling up an idle hourFade away, radiate

Dreaming...dreaming is free

Dreaming...dreaming is free

In the dream,

Blondie aka Joyce

ps...why don't you just ask one of your questions and see what happens?

Dawn left the group. She posted several messages. Since I was out of

town I could not approve them (all new members are on moderation for

the first few posts). I wrote her an e-mail saying that I was sorry

her firs few posts did not make it on time and she can rejoin. She

has not responded.
