Guest guest Posted February 15, 2004 Report Share Posted February 15, 2004 Namaste, Since I first came across the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta and other great Advaita teachers...I've been having this weird experience often. Very often in meditation or in a sleep I wake up into this state of emptiness...it's kind of void with full of life and energy. It's very hard to describe this... ....This experience of the void sometimes even stays in the background in the waking state...it's kind of inner stillness and peace. Sometimes it's a very intense experience...Thoughts usually subside completely for a moment...or slows down and stays on the surface. It seems that I can't produce this state with my own effort. It comes and goes on it's own...When it's not so intense I sometimes might see this spiraling circle of golden yellow light inside my head..? Om shanti, -T.T.
