Guest guest
Namaste, JK was sometimes a little long in the explanation but then so is Aurobindo and some others. It was the time they lived in. People actually read in detail for as long as they could. These days in our society where most people have the concentrative powers of an inebriated gnat things are different. People expect packaged realisation like fast food, or instant gratification. In the ancient times people learned the Vedas etc by heart, just by listenting to a sage. There is great evidence of a type of Lucknow disease on this board and elsewhere. Plenty of Vndists. It is very simple to understand really. Many want Yoga/Moksha but want it on a plate, or think talking about something makes it happen. IMO It can only happen with a purified Buddhi/Vijnanamayakosa or higher intellect. If one lives in the Manomayakosa like so many responses on this board and others, then one cannot appreciate the higher level. A full bucket cannot understand a full bath, no matter how many explanations. One has to learn how to be a full bath. I find it patently dishones or delusional that people pretending to be on the path do not even understand sympathy and compassion for fellow beings, yet yap like baying dogs on these boards hahahah. I must say it not an eye opener for me, for I raise this topic every now and then. Only once in a while does it make someone really meditate on it or think..That's why I call these boards entertainment in the main, for if this is the example of spiritual people then there is no hope at all...It is all in the description, today people know more and more about less and less...........ONS..Tony
