Many neo advaitins.vndists look on all as one , in the same way as the material universe was born out of one event. Therefore there is no need for sadhana for that's the answer you see, it all comes from the big bang; matter consciosness etc. However this is fundamentally flawed for there are in fact many universes and dimensions in matter. Beyond this are the other planes such as the Astral, Mental and Higher. So the vndists are not taking into account the fact we have to rise above all these planes. Being one with creation is not enough. Hence the need for Sadhana, which they don't obviously believe in very strongly. These type of groups have arisen in the past like the ancient Nastikas etc. So really we are discussing apples and oranges, for these vndists and others rotate between the loka or dimension suitable to them and this earth ad infinitum. People are born from the Narakalokas and the Devalokas and they don't mix.
