Dear Vicki

your letter touche me very much.

Thank you for sharing.

Whats the use for talking reading watching, if that what we believe really is not lived?

And lived with all our efforts given!

Without any reservations, without hiding, wanting......

For me, dear Vicky, everything leads to the one and only question...

How do I live what I believe it?

Love is the most falsely used word in mankind.

But LOVE IS

And thats what you are experiening now completely.

And of course in times like this only LOVE is of importance.

And shoulde like this always....

Caring for you words cannot express it I hope you get a little ray

of that what I feel inside for you.....

What's Up?

Honest WritingSince Bob has been given a month off from fighting his

cancer, the two of us have gotten a taste of what our life used to be

like before cancer took control. It is always the simplest things that

count the most. For me, having everything in order at home enables me

to enjoy what Pamela Wilson calls "rest and rapture." There have been

too many days engaged in suffering for me to take daily life for

granted ever again. Putting a new liner in the trash can and seeing

that we have extras is just as important as knowing what Nisargadatta

has to say about consciousness.Finding a box of Valentine's candy

marked down to fifty cents when we went to Kroger was positively

uplifting and I ate all six pieces within hours. Drinking coffee and

watching the Daily Show on Comedy Central is just as relaxing as yoga

on a studio mat. Am I selling out....I don't think so.Michelle, our

friend with metastasized breast cancer, died at age fifty last week

and another friend was in the ICU for a few days. We all know that

hell visits regularly and there is nothing much we can do to keep it

from coming. I write on my homepage and work crossword puzzles. Is

that better or worse than praying? You got me.Checking in at

Harsha's and Jerry's is a comforting thing to do. Lately things are

slow on the lists; where has everyone gone? Maybe they are drinking

coffee and eating donuts by the sea. Is that as fulfilling as

reciting a mantra or doing seva. I don't know and something in me

doesn't care. I used to be much more punctilious about my spiritual

practice. I still love a good spiritual phrase; that will never

change. I also like watching dvd's and getting a good night's

sleep.Well, that's it from my part of the universe. Love from

Vicki./join
