Sri Ramana used to say that mind is a wondrous power

that arises from the Self.

 

Because the mind arises from the Self, it carries with

it a quality of awareness. Even a dull mind has some

level of self-awareness.

 

It is this awareness, when isolated from outer

perception (the world) and inner perception (visions

and samadhi), turns to itself, leads the mind back to

the Self.

Namaste Harsha et al,

 

It is interesting that the mind Ramana talks of IMO, is the

universal Mahat and even the Sakti-Prana. The dream of God that

didn't happen. Ramana doesn't seem to breaking it up individually so

much here..........ONS...Tony
