Guest guest
Good Morning Everyone, I'm really happy to find you. My name is Vivian. I've been a reader of philosophy for almost 20 years. I know that God has given us many road signs to point the way... Until this point, I've been reluctant to actually start down any path. Seems more like I've been studying the map, not trusting myself to choose the right path. But of course the path is not locked in a building, or only in one book... So just a few weeks ago, I thought that I need to find a Satsangh. And here you all are! I'm currently studying the Self-Realization lessons. I need to find a way to meditate daily...any suggestions for a beginning meditator? Thanks and God bless... Vivian

No roadmap to offer to you, just my welcome to the Sangha. As you travel into nowhere, may the wind be at your back. Love, Joyce

Chanting makes an easier beginning than a silent meditation. Also, start with a very short period of time; but make sure to do it every day at about the same time. The practice will grow naturally and all of itself. Warmest regards, michael
