Guest guest
....As our ox cart came up the road facing Skandasramam, Kunju Swami reminisced, "Bhagavan used to come up this road. The houses at night would be lit up, the doors and windows open, and people would be quiet, just like this. 'This is like the turiya state,' Bhagavan would say, 'All the doors of the senses are wide open, and yet the mind is quiet.'" http://www.omshaantih.com/Ramana/Stories/Kunju%20Swami/Tapasya/Tapasya.htm Love, Joyce

Guest guest
Thank you for being here, is it Kriyaji? I loved your photo of the three generations, and I am assuming your were the one in the middle :-) A big smile, just like your posts!!! Maybe Harsha will open the photos section of the group site so we can *see* each other :-) While not needed, it is sometimes fun to put a face to someone with whom you have become friendly and with whom you have developed an online connection. So, H-ji, how about it? Can we post our shining faces? As to the chant, it is from the Ravi Shankar, Chants da India. I need to give credit there, so thanks for reminding me :-) Love recognizing love, Joyce - adi_shakthi16 Saturday, April 10, 2004 4:38 AM Re: Another Kunju Swami Story... thank you so much for narrating this. incidentally, i visited your web page .
