Michael, Playing the game, a fun thing to do, which is noticing the difference between the two can be done really well by noticing sensation. Most Inner voice stuff, is based primarily in visual and auditory, leaving out the Kinesthetic. That's what we are really exploring deeply here in the Pennsylvania backwoods, and finding very useful. It's like you have a three legged milking stool, the mind, and all three, pictures sounds and sensation is very important, to keep in balance. enjoy, john wingert why not visit my websites:
Guest guest
John, thanks - I will visit your site. But your answer is not an answer to my question "how do you differentiate if your inner voice is real or ego-stuff"..... Whats your practical experience if you have one.... all the best Michael B - wingertmind (AT) wingertgroup (DOT) com Sunday, April 11, 2004 7:33 PM Re: difference between illusion and... Guest guest
Michael, Sure it is. Sound guidance or illusion can sometimes be confusing, as mentioned in your request. Learn to sort feelings. Not emotions but sensations. We've been playing with this and teaching since 1989 mate, and I appreciate your comment on practical experience, some people though may perceive that line in your post"What's your practical experience if you have one..." as "attitude" which is ok too. It's all part of the path. Part of that, as well is the journey of learning to distinguish between falsehood and reality. Enjoy the journey. be well, john wingert

Guest guest
Hi Michael, Contemplate on the message, ratiocinate, verify and act accordingly, ignore the messenger, and soon the issue is (dis)solved. The issue reminds that if an unelected president calls for war but a beggar shows that to be ineffective and even counterproductive, the president has to be "right" because of his function irrespective the consequences. Peace, Jan Michael Bindel wrote: > John, > > thanks - I will visit your site. > But your answer is not an answer to my question "how do you > differentiate if your inner voice is real or ego-stuff"..... > Whats your practical experience if you have one.... > > all the best > > Michael B
