Dear Sri Warwickji:

You are a welcome addition to the sangha.

I am not sure exactly what to say.

Lot of stuff just goes over my head.

Lots of love

Hi Michael,

Perhaps you can enlighten me; what is the meaning of "pranams"?

Why 108 pranams?

Does it have something to do with the number of beads on the mala worn by Indian Sannyasins?

Dear Warwick,

Pranam means to make "obeisance", "to bow".

Warmest regards,
