I am somewhat confused by "remove the heart-knot" and "established in the Heart". I thought I understood both terms but placed together like this leaves me unclear. What is heart-knot? Verses 326 and 327 Guru Vachaga kovai Namasthe, In my opinion , it may be that when you go deep into yourself while in self enquiry , or in meeitation, you will find lots of impurities lying there. coming out one by one..This is like several knots put together got entangled in . .One has to wash the hard embedded impurities in ones mind by cutting it by sword like VAIRAGYAS which may be painful as the knife's cut. But after undergoing the enquiry process and attain the self knowldge it is as if like removing the simple knot and one can steadily sit on the throne of heart..
