Guest guest
.....accept him. Yes, if you meet Buddha on the mountain, accept him. Accept him like, you would accept anything else. Like you would accept Jesus, mother Merry, Krishna, Mohammed, Ramana, Shankar ...yes, accept them all. They are so nice, so kind, ...they never meant any harm. Why kill them. Why bothering them. Killing is so messy and who wants their blood on his/her hands. Let them be. Ask, them ...how are they. Ask them, how is the breeze ...up there. Ask them, if they are comfortable or are they cold. Ask them, if you could them blanket. Ask them, if they are hungry and if you could offer them some food. They have helped you so much. Now, it is your turn to ...help them. Yes, why unnecessarily kill. It is so violent, so messy and Buddha is so loving, so innocent, so kind ... Just, accept him. And, in the very acceptance he is gone. In the very acceptance, he has disappeared inside you. In reality, he is not separate from you, ...he is just your part, a part of your consciousness, a part of your knowledge and you encompass it all ...Buddha, Krishna, Jesus. Whatever, you have ever read, heard, thought is part of you ...for here, for there, for now, ...for ever. And, no fight is ever necessary. You accept it all. You encompass it all. You just let it be. Nothing in the universe is outside you. The world and you are not separate. The world is not outside you, ...it is not the other. It is just you ...in so many thought forms. And, no fight is ever necessary. Why fight and why fight with Buddha. Buddha is ...so beautiful, so divine. Let him be. Let him rest. Coming into dreams of so many. He must be very tired. Give him some rest. And, don't be surprised, if Buddha comes, ...he will come. Where else, he will go. You are his adobe. You are his residence. You are his only home. He has so many memories. Now, don't expel him out. He has given you so much comfort and it is such a cold night out there. Don't expel him. Accept him fully and he will not bother you anymore. He will assimilate in you, dissolve in you, ....he will die in you. He will become one with you and no fight is ever necessary. And, remember, you can't expel ...no body. It is not really your home. There is just one home and both Buddha and Saddam live there too. You can't really expel them but accept them and they will leave on their own. They are very nice people. They just want to see if you care for them, if have any gratitude, if you are friend or if after all this years of company ...all you can do is just fight. Fight and they will persist. Fight and they will keep knocking on your door until Buddha and Saddam will be in and you the host will be out. Out of your own house, waiting to get inside, waiting to live, waiting to love because, all your time will be spent with fighting Buddha, trying to kill Buddha. So, don't try to kill Buddha, don't try to fight with Buddha ...when you meet him on the mountain. Ask him, if he is cold, if he is getting dizzy on these high elevations. As him, if he would like to join you in the journey back `home'. Tell him that you are done with this high elevation, this high altitude, tell him that you are going home. Tell him, ...that you are starting to live. Tell him, that your journey is over. Tell him that you are searching for higher peaks ...no more. Tell him, that you are going to rest in `home'. Ask him, if he would like to join. He is welcome. All are welcome. Yes, all are welcome. Yes, all are welcome. You have such a big home and such a loving heart. Buddha is welcome. .....and, remember, that Buddha might really come and might never leave. And, Buddhas don't come to leave. They don't leave. They don't leave even after you have left. They start living in the house that you were living before ...because now Buddha has become you, ....because, now you have become Buddha. And, a Buddha is nothing but a wave of consciousness and that wave has never left the universe. No wave of consciousness ever leaves the universe. That's what a Jesus says when he says I will guide you. That's what Buddha says, that's what a Ramana says. No wave of consciousness ever leaves ...it only spreads. And, now, it speak through you, now, it will live through you, breathe through you and it will flow in your blood, it will run through your veins. .....As for the man called Gautama, the man called Jesus ...they are truly no more. They will not bother you, they are gone ...for sure. But, ...Buddha is here to stay. Let him be....
Guest guest
Dear Adithya: Thank you for that lovely post. Can you also comment on Zen masters cutting off the heads of their cats. I have always thought that it was in bad taste and a poor method of instruction.
