WOW!

even in the olden days , Great sages were seduced by celestial

nymphs ..

sage vishwamitra by Menaka , the beautiful apsara...

His problenm was no so much 'lust' his problem wa more in the domain

of a bloated 'ego and false pride ...

and i like your approach!

And to be honest there is nothing wrong if a guru is asexual

entity !!!

Sage VASISHTA was married to a beautiful lady named Arundati and he

wrote the Yoga VASISHTA - He was no ordinary rishi- he was a

brahmarishi ...

Lord Dattatreya - a tantrik guru - an avadhuta - a 'free

spirited 'self realized soul ' wrote the Dattatreya gita a wonderful

book ... He was often swimming in the river woth a bunch of naked

women ... He roamed around 'naked too' ... Nakedness was never

considered 'bad' in those vedic times...

IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, TO BE CELIBATE IS EASY- it is not that hard ..

but what is hard to LET GO OF THIS FALSE E-GO

LOVE AND (((((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))) Ffor a onderful soul-ful

post that comes from one's experience instad of parroting platitudes

and cliches

Dear Shivanido you really know what you state hereor is it just your

concept and hope? And if you know how do you know?It would be nice if

it were true, but in my experience even the perfect avatarhas some

human weakness, and to me that is his strength,a real human is human,a

real divine is fully incarnated in a human body, what a marvel, what a

mystery!May be in the old times of the Vedasbeings like you describe

were possible and useful to that society.Today the evolutionary

process of this particular manifestationis going in another direction

and that kind of perfectionis not needed. At least is not needed in the

western world. Many people awaken without satisfying that standard of

perfection. And still they are a perfect embodiment of Truth,I can

feel it in my Heart.in lovemarifa-
