Guest guest
Sam, I guess I am confusing you with the author of a (favourable) book about Himself. Sam, if you have read the mail you will see that a truce has been declared. When a truce has been agreed it is ungentlemanly to fire the odd pistol shot. And not wise, either, if peace is one's top priority. A little sniping can lead, before you know what's happened, to heavy artillery barrages. Let us just agree to disagree. May the good Lord bless you Warwick - Sam Monday, April 26, 2004 9:07 PM Hi Warwick Back from our weekend and read the mails. So Warwick, please refresh my aging memory, when and where do you think we lived together? Warwick, it bothers me that after all the years in Poona etc., you call yourself a Rajneeshee, a name invented by the American press to belittle Osho's sannyasins who were for the most part, just as you, sincere spiritual seekers. Your principal argument against Osho seems to be that as far as you know no one became enlightened by him and therefore he could not have been enlightened himself. But Warwick, he never promised us that we would become enlightened. In fact he kept trying to remind us of the fact that we already were, and that no one can either give or take away from us what we already are. 'Trying to get it' made me plenty unhappy also. I guess we have different sorts of characters, I mostly blame myself for that and you seem to be blaming Osho, Cohen and others. Nevertheless, now you are experiencing moments of peace after the years of trying. It is possible that this might not be happening to you without the years that you spent in Poona. First the effort and then the relaxation, and where else on earth were efforts such as those made possible for us by Osho's vision available? Nowhere I think. I consider myself blessed for the opportunity to have been there. Don't forget that Osho was working for the long vision. How many followers of Buddha, or Christ, or Ramana, have become enlightened over the centuries? Yet, part of the glimpse is the certain knowledge that Grace is the destiny of each and every sentient being. In accordance with the suggestions of others maybe you should change your name to Peacenick. Remember that one? namaste (and a hug), Sam/Sadhananda btw, what was your sannyas name? /join "Love itself is the actual form of God."Sri RamanaIn "Letters from Sri Ramanasramam" by Suri Nagamma

Dear Sam: And blessings to you too. Your memory has its moments. I signed it for you, Sam, in absentia, while you were peeking at posies. And, if you really, really, REALLY read all of the messages carefully, dear Samji, you would seeji that indeed there was some resolution of the issues. Now, to yours...why do you think that you get so upset when folks criticize Osho? Why do you get so mad at them and proceed to attack them for their views? You would think that they are attacking you personally, wouldn't you? Don't answer that:-) I will!!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...Yes, that's IT...that's the ticket!!! Why... Why... Why? Why, you take it personally, don't you, Samuelji Sch-MAD-anandaji Pasiencierji? Furthermore, your posies and Datta, are quite beautiful. Thank you for sharing them. I especially liked the one with the tulips in the dunes by the sea. Can you go back and get some more, closeups perhaps? ("That should keep him out of trouble for a little while," thinks Joyce to Herself) Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, Love and salty air kisses, Joyce Attachment: (image/jpeg) Copy of wild.jpg [not stored]
