YOU have either decided that I am not worth listening to, or you are arrogantly thinking what i am saying is not true. I say this because all of the posts i have made here have been deleted by the moderator. Is this because his ego is being convicted of its own delusion and cnnaot accept the truth, or is it because he has this group to stroke and bolster it? Maybe it might also be because he thinks i am not realized and do not have the authority to speak as i do? Perhaps also he thinks how dare i plagarize the masters or such by making almost identical statements. Perhaps they are made because the Self has actually relized himself as none other than the Indwelling self in all beings (INCLUDING THIS ONE) maybe i am actually realized and his ego is depriving others of the wisdom of a true realized being. If anyone went to the group site and read these posts they would learn otherwise.. Anyway good luck with you strokes. I wish you every success but unless you accept the uselessness of your ego you will only be making it stronger. Dear Bindu: I hope you won't mind if I stroke yours? It seems that this has been happening to other members on other lists as well. I am not sure what is happening but the member goes to look at the archives and discovers that their posts are no longer there. They then post a message to the list to that effect, someone else goes there to look and is able to see and access that person's messages, just like I was able to do with the messages below. I did not go back any further but I suspect your messages are still there. Is he really upset? or is just the fire of the righteous? Here in this group there are any kind of people, some afraid of Truth, some not at all. What is shared is the reflection of Truth and we are learning through any and each post new and new facets of Truth. Some people needs to be stroked and caressed and hugged before they can relax in the acceptance of what is so why not let them receive what they feel they need? Sure when they realise Truth they will not need it any more, but before? Do you really believe or know, that few loving caresses to the ego can spoil the possibility of self-realisation? My experience with Osho and Giridhar, (an Hymalayan Master and Avatar) is that without their love to the way I was, including my ego, I would have run away very quickly without any possibility to let go and contact my inner guru. It seems you wish to post here and advertise your url but you don't wish to have a conversation with anyone. The list settings have all new members on moderation. The moderation is removed when it is seen that members wish to contribute in some meaningful way and be part of the sangha. I only meant that Marifa's posts are profound and funny and that she is highly gifted with a wonderful intellect. In fact, I am very grateful to you, and to Adi, and to Joyce, for directing my attention to the impersonal, and composed, and, shall I say it, transcendent viewpoint, at a time when I was immersed in the personal and agitated and relative. Francis Lucille makes the point that "I", the immovable subject, the Self, voluntarily chooses to identify with the personal and time-bound "character". So let me say that "I", as the Self, was playing at being a limited person with very personal preferences and agitations to go with them. Furthermore, as a part of pretending to be this person, I was accepting certain thought forms and rejecting others. Lots of suffering. But you brought me back to my Self, where the composed and impartial "I" can be very relaxed about everything that appears, without getting knickers in a twist if certain aspects of what is on view don't accord to the private preferences of the Warwick character. And you did it in the face of resistance and struggle. Damn good show. Pranams, I think, is the appropriate response.
