Dear HS/NDS/RM Sangha members:

Thank you for sharing some stunning photography and beautiful poetry and words.

Words are never enough but as the song by BeeGees goes, "Words are all

I have to take your heart away."

When we see that words come from Silence, we see that words also have

the nature of Silence.

In the beginning, there was the Word. The Word was with God and the Word was God.

Recently, someone asked about the knot of the Heart. The Heart is

often referred to by Sri Ramana.

Heart is really a name for Awareness and Being and Silence. At the

physical level, the Spiritual Heart refers to a space, a location, a

spiritual center on which all the other psychic centers depend. The

Spiritual Heart is a Space, entering which one goes beyond Space and

Time. It is place, a door, if we go through it, we end up exactly

where we are with the knowledge that we have always been here in our

essential nature as Being. That is why sages say that

Self-Realization does not give us anything new. Only We Know that We

Are.

>From Sri Ramana's Collected Works - Reality in 40 verses (supplement)

Verse 8: In the center of the Heart Cave there shine alone the one

Brahman, as "I, I". Reach the Heart by diving deep in quest of the

Self or by controlling the mind with the breath and stay established

in Atman

Verse 24: Therefore by the practice of merging the Ego in the pure

Heart which is all Awareness, the tendencies of the mind as well as

the breath will be subdued.
