Sacrifice the ego mind for it is the impediment to Realisation. Like traveling on a train with your suitcase, don't carry it, put it down the train will carry you and your suitcase. Like the milk maids with Krishna, they were not embarrassed to be naked, for they knew he didn't see them like that, nor they themselves.
