Who is the True Master and the True

Guru? :-P :-P :-P

The scriptures are clear on this matter. The one who makes you realize

the Self is the True Guru. :-D :-P 8-)

Here are some of the ways of initiation by a Real Guru.

By touch, by look, by thought, by sheer silence of the presence. O:-) :-X ;-) :-D

Ramana Maharshi said that physical presence is not needed. It is mental

contact that is critical.

The Real Guru does nothing by points the way to the Self in such a way

that it is unmistakable.

Was reading a book titled The Writing on the Water by Muhyiddin

Shakoor and came across this:

 

"When the next Thursday came I tried to reach him again but his line

was busy. I tried several times but never got through. Each time

that I was obliged to listen to a dialling tone or engaged tone

brought with it a tremendous teaching. Left alone with whatever

feelings came up in these moments, I came face to face with myself.

Every time I tried to reach the Shaikh I found that I received a

teaching whether I was able to reach him or not."

 

Sounds like there's a master in there somewhere, doesn't it?
