Suffering is extant and constant in the world, even a pleasure carries with it the thought of it ending. So those that suffer are not so attached to the pleasures of the world and so it is easier to achieve spirituality and Liberation. Suffering is also the turmoil one goes through when on the spiritual path, especially at first; As in `Dark Night of the Soul'......ONS....Tony.
