that we are is grace

dearest ones:

 

appreciating reading these expressions

of such sincere passion

and love of what is

from each unique perception.

 

that we are called overflowing to word

with each other in testimony, in witness,

in sacred space, in community of truth,

i thank each voice that holds these spaces open.

 

the ripples between continue.

each word whether agreed with or disagreed with

provides clarity to the reader of their own understanding

as it stands in time of exchange.

that we come together is grace.

that we read together is grace.

that we are is grace.

 

today i place a quiet prayer here for all who hurt

from the acts that arise from misunderstandings.

for all who feel the agony of separation and loss today.

for all who are afraid today.

for all who fear they are forgotten today.

for all who are healing today.

for all who reach out in love today.

for all who feel unloved today in any, any part.

for all who are honest today.

for all who are unable within every reason

and for no reason but that it isn't time.

for all who remain silent.

for all who touch this silence,

may it grace all hearts today.

grace every tear flowing today

and always.
