Guest guest
I am not at all any expert on this but still would like to comment. I got plenty of warnings from my teacher on uncontrolled activities and impatient attitudes. She said Germany was the worst country for this kind of practice as their minds were set on ordnung and efficiency and Russia was best because it was probably forbidden For a long while not much happened, and then when it did I was very pleased until I told her. She told me to stop immediately and I got rather depressed and could not understand why, it was the 'real thing' : ) So I could not practice for a long while even if I tried. Personally I think the big difference in approach is when it is in the light of Self knowledge. I worked as a team manager in a very busy programming environment where people would come to my office all the time. About three years ago I had a period when my attention was elsewhere from about 10 till 12 o'clock every day. This went on for at least half a year, I never closed the door and in these periods of the day nobody ever entered my office. My area of work was corporate financial analysis at the time, and if my boss had noticed he would have fired me. : ) Alan
