Guest guest
You know Yosy, I'm very grateful for Tony, he so succinctly states his misunderstandings that it is not hard to succinctly respond to him. I do so wish that Tony gets it, I so do... But then eh?! Just like he may say that people don't know what they are missing... well how mutual that is... Comical really... But he must be happy with himself, and that counts... that is important. Well Tony, well meant greetings to you, Wim , "yosyx" <yosyflug@i...> wrote: > > , Antoine Carré > <antoine.carre@s...> wrote: > > > > > > The beauty of a thought > > > > Think about it, > > > > Each thought, > > > > Is an occasion to surrender again to no thought. > > > > Antoine > > > > > > a [thought] thorn is removed by another - and then both are > discarded... > > "meditation - this is not what you think!" However it is not that I misunderstand; it is that some don't except my point that's all, there are different paths. To me it is very simple; according to all the sages there is only the Self. That creation disappears on Moksha and dropping the body. This means it never happened. The Self of attributes or Saguna exists with this creation. If there is no creation then there is no need for attributes or Saguna. Therefore the ultimate truth can only be Nirguna Brahman. This is inexplicable for people don't mind dropping the body and becoming realised but they wish to still experience. This is why they call the Self, Sat-Chit-Ananada so they can imagine themselves in Ananda, although Ramana indicated that these are qualities or attributes and therefore Saguna. One has to surrender completely in my opinion, no wish for anything or Ananda or becoming 'God'. Nisargadatta Maharaj uses the term Praneaswara, or Ishwara of Prana-- -the Sakti. He says that is what we are. However Iswara is conscious of his relationship or non relationship to Saguna. So when we become 'Realised', we merge with the Sakti and at the same time 'Realise' Nirguna. On this realisation we haven't taken over Iswara's job for that entire dream disappears as never having happened. Even though I believe this, I still carry out some rituals and bhakti practises, for the purpose of cleansing the Vijnanamayako, in order to 'Realise', or remember or lift the veil......ONS...Tony.
