Guest guest
I just finished watching this movie based on a true story. God what a tear jerker. The music by Peter Gabriel is mesmerizing & captures the spirit of the events perfectly. If you are not familiar with the story it is about 3 aboriginal children stolen from their family in 1931 by the white people in Australia who were following the doctrine of eugenics, believing that their native genes could be bred out of them for their own good. The children decide to escape and head out on a 1500 mile journey on foot back home. This practice of tearing native families apart in Australia took place all the way up to 1970. Anyhow, if you don't mind powerful emotions, a story about the resilience of the human soul and music that transports check it out. You will be moved.
