I am from Boliva Sudamerica, my name is Carlos Rafael,I

know about Ramana 20 years ago, when I had 18 years old, i understood the most

important to know us is when you concentred your mind in your heart always, all

the time , "who am I" you can gradual elimination the vasanas

and training your mind when you be in meditation is easy.
