Guest guest
Namaste, IMO Living in the now is ignoring the past and the future, but is more again it is concentrating on the moment. It is said one can stand any torture if one can concentrate on the moment. So what is the moment? The moment doesn't exist it is at best an interface between the past and future. So if it is 'Time' then perhaps it also doesn't exist, as time doesn't. The Now is balance it is Brahman for it is Being at one level and Nirguna ultimately. In the material world it is necessary for movement and opposing particles for it to exist. If there was no movement or opposing particles the universe would disappear. So it is with now, with no time, no past, no future, no present, only Brahman exists or doesn't exist.......... Now is Realisation ...........ONS...Tony.
