Guest guest
Thank you Joyce and Josie and Alan and Sister Judith for your thoughts. That which is natural to us does not require much thinking and effort. I heard some days ago that Ammachi is dedicating 23 million dollars to help the villagers near her Ashram who have been uprooted by the Tsunami. So there are opportunities for us to engage in a way that feels right and natural in our environment. If we do what is natural with awareness, we become natural. That is why Sri Ramana used to say that Sahaj Samadhi should be practiced from the beginning. Sahaj means natural or easy. Once there was a big plague near Arunachala and the town was deserted. One of Sri Ramana's devotees came down with it. Those were the early days and there were only a few people with him then. Several devotees suggested that the person who had come down with the plague should be left alone and food could be sent to him periodically. They asked Ramana to come with them. The answer of Bhagavan Ramana was short and clear. He said, I will stay with him. You can send food for me too. Guest guest
Yes. The masters have said that when we pray for others, we purify ourselves. The magic of this universe is that what we do for others we do for ourselves. We pray that this teaching becomes a reality in our lives.
