It might be a matter of searching google, etc. I have a copy of the “Collected works of Ramana Maharshi” and that is where I got it from. Perhaps I and others can periodically post from that and type it out and eventually we can have them on the HS website that people can link to. It is wonderful to see that we have a lot of intellectual resources in the sangha and people can find things by asking questions. I just added cinnamon to my morning tea based on what David Bozzi had said about the benefits of cinnamon as they relate to blood sugar. On January 26, my father’s birthday, I will be going on a year long restricted diet. Will try keep everyone updated on the nature of the diet and the details.
