Guest guest
michael mccarthy [enlightenment2] Tuesday, February 15, 2005 1:39 AM Life is Suffering Accept what is, or you suffer. Lets look at that, after all this is direct inquiry. Papaji wrote a huge book, The Truth Is. Well dear Papaji, perhaps it can be titled The Truth Is Love. All of what he says can be summed up as "effortless, undifferentiated, stillness," Staying here, or accepting what is, is just this simple, nothing to it. This here is both the nondual state of bliss within presence, and satsang, or "association with truth." Who is this satsang for, well, whoever shows up. What is this satsang for, well, whatever shows up. We are just here, after all, nowhere else we can go. Dreams of going somewhere else, amount to resisting what is, desires to go from here to there, and so this desire to change what is, is where the resistance and suffering arise. What is? Ramana says everything is predestined, so no need to worry about who or what joins us here. The clear loving space of presence, includes all that joins us here, in a never-ending satsang, or association with the truth. We are here, to share that truth of love, with whoever shows up. Questions like "who am I" open up this loving space or presence, as what is. No need to control what is, for we cannot anyway. It isn't up to us, what presents itself here, or the way it goes. Nothing really happens anyway, as we relax into clear seeing, and the loving space, burns away any idea of who we think we are, always leaving us empty. Theres a secret to what is, that it doesnt belong to anyone or anything, and it simply is as it is. Always. Love to you Michael ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ sacca! michael, you warm my heart.
