Guest guest
Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga are closely related with Raja Yoga as an extension of Hatha Yoga. The classic text is THE YOGA SUTRAS OF PATANJALI. Most instructive is the little book by Vivekananda, RAJA YOGA. Some interesting material can be found in his book KARMA YOGA. These books can be found on the websites for the Vedanta Society and Amazon, etc. This material is accessible but not to be approached naively and maturity in both physical and spiritual pathwork is strongly recommended for going into these areas. , "jkollingnl" <frog3@f...> wrote: > > Hi, does anyone know more about the deeper powers of hatha yoga? for > example going without food, drink and sleep for a long time, > developing great nightvision, and so on? > what more is there? and how is this studied? > i have done yoga for some time, but the teachers here do not know > about this, i am in the netherlands, and i would like to study more > about all of the deeper things of hatha yoga too, any help? > > Mango
