How can you tell if your samadhi was Nirvikalpa or Yoga Nidra? In one

there is no memory associated with either it is no doubt hard to

Any experiential memory at all means Savikalpa and therefore is

unreal

ultimately, and definately by definition not Nirvikalpa Samadhi.

 

As Jesus said, 'By their fruits ye shall know them'. So my guess is

the difference between yoga nidra and nirvikalpa is in the 'person'

themselves and their expression................ONS...Tony.

Right in a sense. One would have no experiential memory except what

was shared during realization. Sharing makes it real.
