Guest guest
XVIII II. 77. maddh akas ap jahan baithe The middle region of the sky, wherein the spirit dwelleth, is radiant with the music of light; There, where the pure and white music blossoms, my Lord takes His delight. In the wondrous effulgence of each hair of His body, the brightness of millions of suns and moons is lost. On that shore there is a city, where the rain of nectar pours and pours, and never ceases. Kabir says: 'Come, O Dharmadas! and see my great Lord's Durbar.' ~ Kabir, "One Hundred Poems," translated by Rabindranath Tagore I I. 1. I have grown accustomed to the familiar sound of my own voice. Veni, vidi, veritas in time with mind clarity, in the charity of the Heart. In Divine rhythm, Spirit & Nature have imparted that movement in words, in gestures, and in tongues stilled, thrilled silent. I carry the cadence of myself well, and moreso with you, Dear Beloved. Stride for double-ringed, sacred stride; Mind petalled-open inside the mind's corona ... We are brought face forward, heart-tipped-up bud-vase-like, and placed inside the crysalis of this, our glass-walled world. Unfurled and fluttering in this sattvic rain of butterfly thoughts, memories are flitting in and out between us - Seen as conversation-drops of living water we've brought fresh from the Sangha. The land of my body exults in Love's excess, pressed against the promises stretched and professed in song weave patterns, and dance. Handed down as an adept's laughter, the storyteller's crafstman has us by its prececision, and its poignancy. Spinning the silkiness of skilled in Love, men's voices, clear, masculine reason is sharing in the feelings and intuitions of women basking in the open, fertile sky of Creation. The Mouth of Dawn parts its River of Light to the firstbornSoul-lotus consciously rising inside the Spirit Seas of Being. Unveiled in the brightness of sun-forged strength, and laid bare in moon-pale humility, we are true to the letter of duality: The Imprimatur ... I Am, is God-pressed, and Self-set as a seal upon the real ... Nonduality. Born-forth in free-form, triple-headed body-verse, the three worlds we orbit, satellite across the Undivide, exploring the vast cosmic universe ... in Discourse. Here, and here ... the Hear-Speak-See of Swarupa moves through you and I like a revolving, iridescent orb, twin-born into a wall of luminescent light. This universe-bead idea breaks its silvercord strand: Standing in the center of I Am ... mankind-cradled into civil tones, and Heart-cultured into a pearlbone knowing - Love is the core-seed of Kore; Wisdom is the nacre-sheen of 'Know ThySelf.' The nectar of Advita: I Am That Holy ... Ocean-Hymn whispering, listening from within. ~ Mitzvah XX II. 22. man tu par utar kanh jaiho "To what shore would you cross, O my heart? There is no traveller before you, there is no road: Where is the movement, where is the rest, on that shore? There is no water; no boat, no boatman is there; There is not so much as a rope to tow the boat, nor a man to draw it. No earth, no sky, no time, no thing is there: no shore, no ford! There, there is neither body nor mind: And where is that place that shall still the thirst of the soul? You shall find naught in that emptiness. Be strong, and enter into your own body: For there your foothold is firm. Consider it well, O my heart! Go not elsewhere. Kabir says: 'Put all imaginations away, and stand fast in that which you are.' ~ Kabir, "One Hundred Poems," translated by Rabindranath Tagore As I Am, Mazie
