Dear Nathan, Thanx to u i read the interview by UG. He

has unnessarily critised swamy sivananda, ramana,

christ buddha etc. That was totally unnessary in my

opinion. Nobody can know the state of mind of another

wether he is a fraud or enlightened being. I am not

passing judgement on the state of enlightenment of UG

or ramanas cow lakshmi for the same reason that i dont

know. I only know my own mind and understanding. UG

after critising ramana finally talks the same thing as

ramana and buddha.UGs experiences r his own subjective

experience based on his karma. ur experience need not

be the same. Finally to pursue truth for enjoyments

sake is a folly and those pursuers will be chasing

enjoyment and not truth. Truth should be beyond pain

and pleasure, and the attainment of truth is not a

protection to safeguard the body examples are the body

of ramana, ramakrishna paramahamsa and christ. Truth

as i know it is the self the eternal self, and there

is nothing other than that. the mind and body and the

percieved universe is a reflection of the self

And u r the self there is nothing to be attained.

relax n enjoy the simple pleasures of life, and put up

with the pain. experiences r not permanant. dont try

to hold on to anything. discard from moment to moment.

the pleasure of self knowledge is a byproduct of truth

in realising that we r in substance the unlimited.
