Guest guest
greetings to all; i was on this list for quite a few years, then - after a purge of computer - have been gone for a few years. I felt inspired to return. my mother just died at the start of year. Up to that time my heart chakra was blocked - closed for how many years. At her death the heart burst wide open and have been hyper-awareness and sentience - spiritually and emotionally and physically. have been doing daily hatha-yoga practice/meditation/prayers since - visualizing away pains and sorrows - shining light on inner as well as outer-world. Praying for love and forgiveness; praying for peace. OVER-stimulated and over-stressed otherwise. i am still in alaska, on my rock. Starting another degree program this coming Thursday. For those whom do not know me - i send peace. For those whom recall me - i send peace. into the silence, valerie
