In the Absolute there is Eternity, so there is enough time to accomplish anything important. What is the rush? Spiritual practice does mean that we must be regular and persistent in our practice. The spiritual life is not just for Sunday or worse for once a year attendance at a religious festival. Discipline is called for, and patience. I hope these comments are useful for you. My question about the myelin sheath goes in a somewhat more physiological direction. I appreciate what you are saying about a fast-burning kundalini damaging the central nervous system and causing physical pain. Could you explain how you were able to assess demyelinization, whether MS-like symptoms appeared or were they symptoms similar to other diseases involving demyelinization, and how this individual was able to restore the myelin sheath, and how you would assess that. I appreciate any information on this you may be able to give me.
