Please teach me > pranaams peace & God bless > & may you have enough > Padma > dear padma, there are many people present here far more competent then myself, who can provide a clear and concise introduction to beloved ramana's teachings. and they will probably direct you to relevant sources - firstly to ramana's own words - which are clear, simple and direct. sri ramana taught silently, by his presence. as for his teaching instruction, he stated that the constant self-inquiry into the essential question along the lines of: "who am i? to whom all this is happening?", without accepting any answer - is the most direct way to realize truth. this is the same as self realization, which is simply the release from the veils of ignorance, which is identifying "self" with body, mind, persona etc. - so the self-evident truth will keep shining forth, unobstructed... yosy ps. realizing one's state of confusion may be quite beneficial, since real knowledge, beyond any doubt, arises out of confusion... the problem is when one entertains and holds on to confused ideas, while certain of not being confused. > yosyx <yosyflug@i...> wrote: > , Padma Menon <sudarshpa> wrote: > > Pranaams Yosy, > > I am not complaining but I am very confused.
