Seems I have to set the record straight,

W. asked me if my name was A. Nasrudin

*smiling*

I said, well, it wasn't so long ago I introduced

myself to light waves via internet, disclaiming

myself and saying I am like Nasrudin,

who stated that as far as he knew there is

at least 2 Nasrudins, one of whom could

say the wisest of things, and well, the other

you just never know what is coming out of that

mouth.

(see, He was looking for his keys first)

smiles,

:) and, as was pointed out then, you proved by that saying your

ignorance of nasrudin and his ways... nasrudin could never utter such

an ignorant statement, being always his inimitable self, be it one or

none. (or multitude...lol)

there is no such thing as "two" in spirituality.

this is your opinion.

"a false coin is a proof that real gold exists" (jallaludin balkhi).

a jewler recognizes a diamond in what looks to the ignorant as a piece

of glass.

:) well, with all due respect, ritchie alpert's fertile imagination

carried him evidently away, occasionally... to much acid, i quess.

yosy:

ah yes, the key story...

the immortal spirit of nasrudin appears in many forms and names, in

the traditions of most cultures.

but it has certain qualities which make it instantly recognizable.

as well as its immitations...
