There are so many paths! Daniel Welcome to the list. We follow the teachings of Sri Ramana. The teaching is simply to reflect on one’s being through the natural and inherent awareness of being itself. In Sri Ramana’s teachings, the outward rituals or physical obedience to the guru, etc. is not directly relevant to Self-Realization, although this may be the path for some people. The True Guru is always one’s own Heart and so attention must be brought to that. All paths indicate movement. Essentially everything is a movement of Shakti in one form or another. One can come to understand nonmovement through movement. That is the path of yoga. In the direct path, one sees one’s own nature as unmovable, and abides in that awareness indifferent to all the paths. That is Jnana. Hope you are all well. Love, Harsha

Hello, I am very happy to have found this list! I’m happy too Daniel. My name is Daniel and I 10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New""> had Kundalini awakening around the age of 19. You are blessed, no doubt. SNIP As you may know he is very controversial hard to trust completely. Yes. But you can trust the inner guide, your very own Self. SNIP Anyhow I"m confused and am always open to hearing how other people here are evolving their awareness and connection to "The Great One" or the "Truth Self". There are so many paths! Daniel There is really only one path Daniel, your path. You can trust one Self, your Self. This group is devoted to the Self and to the exemplary life and teachings of Ramana Maharshi. It sounds like you are on your way. Walk for a while with the pure wisdom of Bhagavan. Regards, michael
