Food is a personal matter and reflects upbringing, conditioning, circumstances, habit, etc. Who can really say what is right for everyone? I myself used to eat hamburgers until I was 18 or so. I could not even dream of doing it now. I also ate many fish sandwiches at McDonalds, etc. when I was young. I could mention the "Age of Pizzas" as well. Now, I am more or less a vegan.
