Dear Jan,

 

Yes like I said I don't blame anyone for killing a carrot and eating

it, nor should anyone blame me or judge me for eating a nice juicy

steak..it's all the same except one is much higher in sugar content

(carrot) and the other higher in cholestrol(steak)..
