The protocols for the clothing worn is quite sacred and a delicate matter. Appropriating a vestige which is not authorized can cause an act of great disrespect . Usually the robes are made from inside the Order, and there is a ranking involved. Apparently the cloths do not come from a mill, may be hand woven and then dyed which makes them quite individual. This is not a commercial activity and is not something one orders as from a catalog. The robes have great spiritual significance. In order to make such connections I recommend that you go through a Guru of the Dalai Lama's Order who can answer your question more directly and correctly.
