Guest guest
Self-inquiry is the wordless self present awareness. It is the mind consciously and naturally turning inward to its source. Meditation and reflection on any of the Mahavakyas or a combination of them leads to self-awareness. Given below are two Mahavakyas from the Upanishads. Brahman is One without a second I am Brahman If there is strong inner conviction, meditating on these, the mind naturally turn inwards and become aware. _________ "The Self is self-effulgent. One need give it no mental picture anyway." "If one continues to abide as the Self, the experience, I am the Supreme Spirit grows and becomes natural."
