Guest guest
Dear David! Welcome back! We missed you. While you were gone we started a sangha blog and David Hodges and I recently discussed migraine headaches and I gave the url of the life extension website that you introduced us to. I mentioned the article on the lef site on COQ10 for various types of health issues including migraines. Michael Bowes has written some great articles on his meeting with gurus in India. Alan and Joyce have posted some wonderful pictures and poetry. I invite you David to write about any health issues (or yoga philosophy or other things) on the HS blog and will send you the password. You can reach the sangha blog through the HS website and the information is given below. You were absent for a while and hope all is well and that you are in good health and good spirits. Again, as one of the oldest members of the group going back to the k-list, welcome back. Lots of love Harsha David Bozzi wrote: > , michael bindel wrote: > > > > Dear Harsha > > > > thank you so much for sending this message > > > > could you please send the others too??? > > Or let me know where i can find them?? > > > > > > thank you in advance > > > Only one is required. > > > community blog is at http://.net/blog/ "Love itself is the actual form of God." Guest guest
Hi Harsha. Thanks for the kind words. I have not gone anywhere. Where else is there to go? I have lurked occasionally. I remember something about David H. seeking a new place to live. (I am a CT resident also) The blog looks interesting. Will check it out in greater detail. Yes, CO Q-10 is interesting stuff. Seems they are always discovering new benefits from it. Fairly expensive for a nutrient, as Japan has a patent on the extraction method for it. If anyone who takes it would like to save some money and doesn't mind messing around with pure powdered forms here is a link to purchase it at a good price. http://www.easycart.net/BeyondACenturyInc./New_Products.html#2030 Hope you and your family are well, Blessings David , Harsha wrote: > > Dear David! > > Welcome back!
