dear bob, in spite of you suffering at times

of (forgive me the analogy) a diarrhea of posts,

i very much appreciate your sincerity, which is

(imo) a 'must' base of any 'spiritual' attitude.

one of my teachers said: "love gives and forgives;

ego gets and forgets". so, dear friend, forgive

first of all 'yourself', whatever it may be; and

face the fear without fearing it. i found that

this is the best way to be free from its dominance.

 

i value highly your presence in this sangha, whether

you are posting or not, amigo.
