Dear Alexandra,

as far as my knowledge is concerned;no such concept of

devi loka exist.The universe is itself Devi's

abode.According to the DURGA SAPTASHATI text Devi

created Mahakali and Mahasaraswati from herself to

create the universe during Chaos and got mingled to

each and every part of the same.

So you can consioder the universe itself as the DEVI LOKA.
